Original company registration documents.
OUR PROCESS…
Document Preparation:
Our team will, on your behalf, prepare all the documentation required by the CIPC.
Letters of Consent:
If you have immovable property owned by the company, we will obtain the necessary letters of consent for the re-instatement of your company from the Department of Treasury and the Department of Public Works.
Newspaper Notice:
A notice will be placed in your local newspaper giving 21 days’ notice of your application for your company to be re-instated.
Reinstatement submission at CIPC:
Once all necessary steps have been completed and documentation obtained, we will submit to CIPC and provide their feedback to you once received.
Delivery of Reinstatement Certificate:
Once your company has been successfully reinstated, we will provide you with your Company Registration Certificate which will be sent to us by the CIPC.
UBUNTU EXPERT INSIGHT…
The most common reason why a company is deregistered, is because annual returns have not been submitted for a period of time. When annual returns are not submitted to CIPC, it is taken to mean that your company is no longer in business in which case, CIPC will deregister your company. One of the biggest concerns with the automatic deregistration of a company, is the transfer of any assets belonging to the company, to the state. The reregistration of a deregistered company is the best option for you if you are already running a profitable business or if you have property or assets that are owned by your company.
