If any of your company particulars change – such as changes to your company name, address or when you are no longer operating as an employer – these changes will need to be lodged with SARS within 21 business days of the change.

Registering for PAYE
PAYE is the process of deducting an employee’s monthly Income Tax from his / her salary. You as the employer, are then liable to settle your employees PAYE contribution with SARS directly.
Registering for SDL
Most employers are liable to pay SDL – the Skills Development Levy. Only public service employers, national or provincial public entities, public benefit organisations, municipalities and employers whose total remuneration for all employees will not exceed R 500 000, are exempt from SDL.
Registering for UIF
Any employer that is registered for PAYE and /or SDL will also be registered for UIF for payment contributions. We will manage the registration for UIF with the Department of Labour for you.
